Description

Sliding bronze guide block for the knife carrier in Polar 115 and Polar 137 paper cutters. This fits all models from Polar CE, EM, EMC, EMC II, X, XT, E, and ED. This guide block or gib measures 1.531″ x 2.408″ x 4 3/4″ long with a 40mm diameter reamed hole. This block is normally installed on the right side of the machine with our mating part number BB102 installed on the left side of the machine. (224339, 208999)

Please note, this is an OVERSIZE block. The 2.408″ dimension must be sanded or ground down to fit the actual wear in the blade carrier. Normally .005 to .007″ of stock must be removed for an exact fit.
